To ensure your safety and well being the following practices have been implemented and we will endeavour to limit any face-to-face contact. These practices will replace any other guidance - if you require further information please do not hesitate to contact us.

Booking & Payments
Once you have checked availability by phone please complete the online BOOKING form and email to Additionally, and if applicable please complete the online SHARING and/or MEDICATION forms.

Online Forms Instructions

3. Download the pdf form and save to your device (will automatically open in Adobe)
4. Fill in the form - click in each box (red boxes are mandatory)
5. When completed; Select File / Save or click the Save icon
6. Email form(s) to as file attachment(s)

We also a require a copy of your pet(s) up to date vaccination record to be emailed prior to boarding commencement.

Changes to payment options are currently under review. Latest procedures and options will be given at time of booking by phone.

Drop off & Collection
If you or any of your household are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms please DO NOT visit us, to drop off or collect your pet. Please phone us to inform us and discuss options.

If you are returning from a destination that requires you to self-isolate, this period will need to be added onto your booking. You should not collect your pet(s) until the self-isolation period is complete and all members of the household are symptom free.

The day before your drop off and collection please phone to arrange a specific 30 minute appointment.

On arrival - please STAY IN YOUR VEHICLE. We will come to you with hand over instructions. One adult at a time to hand over each pet - all other family members to remain in the car.

Your Pet's Stay with Us
Until further notice we regret the following will be in place:
* Eyersdown Farm will provide all bedding and toys. No personal belongings please (this does not include any special food / dietary items)
*No walking or bathing services will be available for the moment.
